Whether she’s the outrageously aggressive character in Andaaz or the friendly, affectionate love interest in Krrish, Priyanka Chopra has repeatedly made the cash registers click at the box office. With just four short years of being in the film industry, our former Miss World Pageant winner has swept all of Bollywood proving she is not only glamorous but also substantiates her ability in acting. Our devoted actor, who has recently turned 24, has been working non-stop and oh, boy has it paid off! She has already had tremendous success with her latest flick Krrish which has become the first film in the history of the Indian film industry to have crossed the hundred-crore mark in the first two weeks of its release worldwide.

How does she do it? “I just followed my instinct and accepted the projects I was being offered,” she says. “I listen to the script from an audience’s perspective.”

“There were instances when someone left a film and I accepted it, and the movie turned out to be a hit. It’s all destiny,” says the bright actress.

Surprisingly, Ms. Chopra has even kept a pleasant relationship with her co-workers. Recently, rumors were floating around concerning tension with Kareena Kapoor after Priyanka replaced Kareena’s role in Harry Bewaja’s next. However, Kareena clears things herself, “I see no tension happening between us. Priyanka and I get along really well and, that won’t change even after she replaced me in ‘Love Story 2050’.”

Priyanka is now set to fit in the top-notch actor category accepting film offers from the best of the best filmmakers. Her next release ‘Aap Ki Khatir’ opposite Akshay Khanna is already being eagerly awaited as she is to shoot for a promotional video for the film with a banging new look. Additional upcoming projects include: Farhan Akhtar’s ‘Don’, Nikhil Advani’s ‘Salaam-e-Ishq’, Farah Khan’s ‘Happy New Year’, and Rajkumar Santoshi’s ‘London Dreams.’

Bollywood’s latest eclectic celebrity is already doing wonders for her career. Because she isn’t hesitant to take on a wide-range of roles, producers are eagerly awaiting to sign our blooming actress. Priyanka Chopra is officially on cloud nine. No worries here, with her astounding success already and upcoming films, this star is staying in the spotlight for more than quite some time!
